Flintlock Pistols

Unlike the rest found here these are fine weapons, as long as you're using them 500+ years ago. That said a .50 caliber lead ball to the face is as effective now as it was then. Rare antiques, they can only be found in one specific location while the new .50 Ball ammo and the Buck and Ball variant can be crafted from lead at any ammo bench. It also comes complete with a fashionable hat!

Location Hint: Many small cave systems can be found under Lake Mead's murky depths that contain wonders and horrors in equal measure.

Rotary Shotgun (Armsel Striker/Sentinel Arms Co Striker-12/Protecta/Protecta Bulldog/SWD Street Sweeper)

Someone long ago asked the question "why not revolver but 12 gauge?", the Striker is the infamous answer. Manually wound and horrifically crude, this shotgun is the one you load all week and regret firing on Sunday. Teeth are easier to pull than its clunky double action trigger. At the end of the day its still a load of buckshot or slugs at a fairly high rate of fire, I guess it beats a pump as long as you don't have to reload.

Liberator (FP-45 Liberator)

The .45 ACP Liberator is less a weapon and more a tool to acquire a weapon from the guy you just killed with it. Air dropped behind enemy lines as a last ditch resistance weapon. Its lightweight and utterly unergonomic frame manages to make a .45 Auto round feel like .50 BMG on the wrist. If you have to fire it more than once the situation is so FUBAR it won't matter that it takes longer then a human lifetime to reload. A true weapon of desperation, perhaps its only saving grace is that it costs less then a pack of smokes to make.

Street Submachine Gun (Intratec TEC-9/TEC-DC9/KG-99/AB-10)

What started life as a crappy blowback submachine gun grew into a crappy semi-auto pistol before maturing into its final form, an illegally modified crappy blowback submachine gun. A gun more infamous for its users than its qualities, this was the weapon of choice for pre-war chem cartels and street gangs alike. A weapon so tangled up in legal quagmire, it's easy to forget it's just kinda bad. Basic, inaccurate and prone to malfunction despite its simplicity. Anyone who knows better would choose anything else, but its wide scale proliferation and modification has given it a lasting legacy even 200 years after its 15 minutes of fame in national headlines. It has sights on top, by the way.

Damaged Rifle (AKM with the gas block missing)

The saddest looking rifle you've ever seen. This used and abused bit of hardware has seen it all. Rebellions, coup d'états, uprisings, violent protests, civil wars, regime changes, massacres, pogroms. Humanity at its absolute worst and at its most defiant. Missing critical components yet this rifle simply refuses to die. Having lost the gas block at some point between its many battles, it now requires cycling by hand, a throwback to its heritage and to what it replaced. Despite being tantamount to scrap metal it will never, ever let you down as long as you don't let yourself down. Keep its chamber fed and it will continue to represent mankind at its most stubborn.
