Pop-Up Message Icons! (Formerly known as "Consistent Glow Icons”) Is an overhaul to ever single Pop-Up Vault Boy Head that happens in the top left corner of the screen in FO3/NV.

It also features New and Original Pop-Up Icons that appear when you are doing certain things! For instance, if you do a challenge related to Energy Weapons, you will see Vault Boy as a Cyborg in the upper left corner. If you do a challenge related to cannibalism, you see a cannibalistic Vault Boy! If you are Hungry, Thirsty, Sick from Radiation you will see an appropriate Vault Boy face to this, instead of the unrelated basic Vault Boy Smile. You will also see Reputation Icons react to your actions, instead of the usual Vault Boy Sad, Vault Boy Happy etc.
