What's new?

- Reworked and fixed (to the best of my ability) vanilla interior, exterior, and poster meshes.

- Dozens of new textures and brand new atlases made for many meshes. (I normally type all of the ones I do but there are way too many to type out)

- Integrated MAC-TEN and NVMIM fixes.

VANILLA BUGS THAT I CANNOT FIX

If you report any of these and didn't read this I will scream at you.

1. If you see any of these 1 pixel wide seams, they are poor placements in the GECK by Obsidian. I will not be fixing these.

2. The glow effect of these meshes are an NVR bug and do not appear with vanilla. There's nothing I can do about this.

3. Scanline effect on wall screens are an NVR bug and do not appear with vanilla. There is nothing I can do about it.
