Basic PBR Conversion for New Vegas Reloaded Mod

No this isn't magic. It's basic but it should help to fix PBR fireflies on objects or landscapes that look like this:

Compatible with literally any textures from anywhere, with the caveats of:

1. DO NOT USE THIS AND REUPLOAD TEXTURES, TEXTURE PACKS, OR TEXTURES FROM ANY MOD WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THAT MOD'S AUTHOR.

This is for personal use only.

2. This is NOT a replacement for properly made PBR materials. If you use this to make retextures or replacers I will actually scream and freak out.

There are a billion tutorials online on where to source or how to make PBR materials. Don't take the easy route using this to make your textures PBR compatible.

3. This is not perfect or a cure-all. There will be some textures that just won't work using this.

Instructions are in the pdf in the download. This requires Chainner and Paint.NET.
