
Overhaul of the Abandoned Warehouse on the outskirts of Vegas, utilized by the Van Graffs for a lucrative trade deal. No longer is this location a boring nonsensical box, and instead has been transformed into something that actually resembles a shipping or distribution center. In the vanilla game, there isn't much reason to go here outside of the 'Birds of a Feather' quest. Visiting this location outside the quest is not only underwhelming due to the lacklustre design of the location, but creates odd continuity as the trade deal scene is always set up, no matter if the quest is active or not. Gone is the overly simple warehouse design, in place something modest and utilitarian taking its place. The location has more reason to visit in repeat playthroughs, as some decent loot has been hidden in the warehouse, along with some low level rad-roaches for enemy variety. Also in the lens of making the location more immersive, the entire trade-deal setup will only be visible if you progress through the 'Birds of a Feather' quest, meaning no Van Graff crates laying out in the open anymore.

Has been cleaned with xEdit and FNVToolkit - xEdit Script. Should be compatible with anything that does not overhaul this same location. May need patches for other mods utilizing the Abandoned Warehouse. Compatible with TTW, so don't ask.

Instructions

Simply drag and drop the contents of the mod into your games "Data" folder, and activate with the mod manager of your choice. Alternatively, installdirectly through Mod Organizer 2. You will need to regenerate your LOD with whichever LOD utility you see fit. I recommend xLodGen
