This mod reworks the Fort to be a more brutal, proud and interesting place to explore. The vanilla fort is fairly bare and without much character, there are sections that look like they should have had something and the overall area feels lackluster.
This mod seeks to improve the atmosphere of the area and fill in some of the bare areas. New areas include a dog kennel, roof area for the weather monitoring station and improved entrance. This mod also adds more crosses and small details that try to evoke a more brutal and proud legion.
This mod is highly compatible and I hope it earns a spot in your load order.
This mod features:
- Atmospheric, vanilla styled Fort Overhaul
- Updated Navmeshes
- Lore-friendly atmosphere
- New Roof section for the "Weather Monitoring Station"
- New Dog kennel area
- Reworked front entrance with church tent.
- Arena and kitchen area tweaked to be more interesting
- Additions to training area
- New Mass Grave area & gravesite for high ranking legionnaires.
- Added some dead trees to make the area feel a bit more ominous in some areas.
Before proceeding, check you have satisfied the following requirements: (Mandatory)
- Fallout: New Vegas up to date
- Own, have installed and activate all Fallout: New Vegas DLC
- Your preferred Mod Manager is up to date and ready to go! (if you plan on using one, although - you really should)
Next, simply Install and Uninstall using a mod manager of your choice, alternatively add or remove FortOverhaul.esm from the data folder as required.
