Disarm The Traps
Disarm the Traps is a set of scripts that removes the dialog box when interacting with Traps, and also some small tweaks for how Traps work!
Features
- ESPLess!
- All disarm dialog boxes have been removed, and the action is just performed. Messages are now shown in the corner.
- Traps that can be re-armed can be interacted with again to do so.
- NOTE: Rigged Terminals and Mailboxes still show the dialog box when re-arming due to having multiple choices.
- B42 Loot animations are used when pulling an item from a trap to disarm it. (Shotgun, Grenade, Microfusion Cells, etc)
- Optional "Critical Fail" when you do not have the skill to disarm a trap, causing the trap to be triggered. Configurable in the INI. Default: 15%
- Optional "Critical Success" when you do not have the skill to disarm a trap, and do so by sheer luck. Configurable in the INI. Default: 5%
- Optional "Critical Luck Multiplier" impacts the "Critical" chance. Configurable in the INI. Default: 1x
- The Laser Tripwire from the Lonesome Road DLC has been updated to have parity with other Laser Emitters. In vanilla, the Skill Check on these is performed on the actual dialog box that pops up and requires that the player has 90 Repair. It now requires 67 Science.

- Bear Traps requires Survival 35+
- Pressure Plates requires Survival 25+
- Tripwires requires Survival 30+
- Shotgun Traps requires Guns 45+
- Pitching Machines requires Repair 25+
- Rigged Terminals requires Science 45+
- Mailboxes requires Explosives 35+
- Baby Carriages requires Explosives 45+
- Toilet Traps(TTW) requires Science 20+
- Grenade Bouquets requires Explosives 35+
- Buried Mines requires Explosives 30+
"Trap Tweaks" Version
Provides parity with Trap Tweaks by Sweet6Shooter
- Bear Traps requires Survival 40+
- Pressure Plates requires Survival 30+
- Tripwires requires Survival 35+
- Shotgun Traps requires Survival 25+
- Pitching Machines requires Survival 15+
- Rigged Terminals requires Science 50+
- Mailboxes requires Science 25+
