Atmospheres is a lightweight and stylized weather mod aimed at offering fresh visuals paired with believable aesthetics. Everything found within the mod is appropriate for a post-nuclear Mojave climate, and the look of the weather balances visual style with real-world reference.
This mod does quite a bit, but there are still other weather advancements made by the community I heavily encourage everyone to use alongside this mod. Below are some mods which greatly improve the games weather systems
Should be compatible with most things, except other weather mods. From my testing Strip Lights Region Fix works alongside this. All vanilla weathers were preserved in case they are utilized by other mods or need to be forced in console.
Instructions
Install via mod manager or manual download buttons and utilize the manager of your choice. Mod Organizer 2 is recommended. Alternatively, install the files manually by dragging them into your games "Data" folder and activate with the mod manager of your choice.
