Description:

Adds the ability to destroy various objects in the environment in as performance friendly of a manner as possible. For both immersion

and performance a lot of objects can only be destroyed via explosions and not traditional weapons. Most destruction debris will be removed

from the game after 3 days of the cell being unvisited, others will be removed after the cell is no longer buffered in

memory(After 2 cell loads away). Additionally an ini is provided where you can configure certain effects and what is destroyable.

Examples of things that can be destroyed:

Pole barn fences, small crates, picket fences, street signs, glass bottles and mailboxes with more on the way!

Also for extra fun try the mod with slowmode / bullet time active!

Compatibility:

Mod should be compatible with most things, basic patches are provided and needed for most destruction, however maximum compatibility

can be achieved by downloading and running the xEDIT script in the files section. When all ESMs in your load order are selected it will

auto generate a patch for your load ensuring maximum destruction fun for all your landscape mods without conflicts. However this mod is generally

not compatible with mesh replacers of the objects this mod touches (though texture mods are fine).

Instructions

Generating a Patch:

Generating a patch is quick and easy especially if you already have xEDIT installed, but for those who need help here is some easy to follow step by step directions.

Step 1: Download xEDIT

Step 2: Download the "Destructinator 9000" xEDIT script in the files section (This cannot be done with a mod manager)

Step 3: Navigate to your xEDIT install location and extract the archive and drop the files into the "Edit Scripts" folder

Step 4: Launch xEDIT (ideally through a mod manager so it sees your entire load order)

Step 5: A window should show that displays the mods in your load order with all your enabled mods checked by default. Click the OK button.

Step 6: Select all ESMs in xEDIT (Including this mod) by shift clicking them and then with them all highlighted and right click "Apply Script..." in the dropdown menu.

Step 7: A window will popup, in the filter bar type in "Destructinator 9000" or something shorter until the script shows in the dropdown.

Step 8: Click Ok

Step 9: A new window will show, Click Yes.

Step 10: Another new window will show asking you to name the file, name it anything you want and press OK.

Step 11: Wait for the script to finish processing, this can take up to 5 minutes depending on the amount of mods selected and hardware.

Step 12: save and exit and enable the patch in your load order. You are done!

Note: Note that esp mods (files without a ESM flag in the file header) that make cell changes cannot be patched, they must first be converted to

an ESM. Also note that file extension does not matter, only what flag is in the file header.
