
A simple mod that edits the death model nif for the game's freestanding turrets and removes the post-death fire effect. Now when you destroy a turret, it will explode into a ball of sparks and fire and the hulk will be left behind without smoldering for the foreseeable future. This effect in the vanilla game just looked awful, cluttered up the screen, and didn't serve much purpose.

Should be compatible with everything. As they are meshes be sure other mods don't overwrite them, although I can't see many reasons a mod would touch the turret hulks. Does not break precombine or previs.
Instructions

Drag and drop the contents of the mod into your game's "Data" folder, and activate with the mod manager of your choice. Alternatively, install directly through Mod Organizer 2.
