Whats Included
This mod includes a custom paint job for the T45, T51, T60, and X01 power armors shown in the screenshots of the mod page. The T45 specifically has a Ukrainian flag in optional small and large size (comparison in screenshots) as well as optional text stating "I Need Ammunition Not a Ride" which is printed on the flag of the power armor. When every piece of armor is pained the user will gain the strength of a nation perk which provides them +2 strength and +1 agility. Armor can be painted right away there is no requirement for the paint job.
Additionally there is a optional file to replace a song on the classical music station with the Ukrainian National Anthem. I am also leaving all work in this mod within the public domain (all assets in this mod are free to use I do not need credit) and have included loose assets of the flags I custom designed as well as the power armor textures. The flag assets are in the miscellaneous files section and have a invisible background so you can easily stamp any image, texture, or photo with the flags if you want, and the power armor textures can be found in the main file of the mod.
Why Make This Mod
I want to help in some way and this is what I know. This is the platform I have so I am using it. I will be matching and donating all of my donation points I get for the next month to help civilians in Ukraine personally. I wanted to put a lot of work into making a mod that felt like it had a professional polish that seamlessly integrated into the game for users so that they could keep this conflict in their hearts and minds. This war will likely get drawn out and as the days turn to months the suffering the people of Ukraine are dealing with might get brushed aside and forgotten and my hope is that users using my mod wont forget and continue to provide support in what ever way they can. Additionally all DP made from this mod goes straight to a Ukraine relief effort as well.
Additionally Nexus Servers are connected to Russia and Russians do use mods on nexus (a few of them use my mods even!) - that being said I want this mod to help inform the mod users in Russia as to what is happening in Ukraine right now. From my understanding the media is heavily controlled and the people are in a echo chamber bordering on media blackout as to what is currently happening. I also have links below which lead to direct donation pages to help the people in Ukraine - even if its just a single dollar and that's all you can spare it goes a long way.
What is Happening in Ukraine Right Now
Currently 752 (Washington Post) civilians have been killed in Ukraine as of March 4th, 2022 reported by the United Nations. There are numerous accounts of targeted civilian (Time) attacks by the Russian military as well. Before the attack Putin stated that they were performing a military excise nothing more but intelligence from foreign nations (Independent) supported information that Putin was going to trigger a false flag operation to lie to the people of Russia and the world to justify going to war and invading Ukraine. This lie is the source of the "Neo Nazi" claim by Putin which has been used to justify going into Ukraine and is not true. Currently more then 11,000 Russian troops have died (Reuters) since the war began. Russian troops have repeatedly run out of fuel and food while invading Ukraine and are not properly equipped (Insider). Russian Troops that are captured (Express) and surrender (WION) are treated well, are fed, and are being forced to call their mother to ensure the families in Russia are aware of what is happening in Ukraine right now.
Currently those in Russia that actively protest the war in Ukraine are being arrested and likely jailed for many years, there is the real possibility their families may also be punished, and depending on their involvement during the protest some of them may even be killed. I want to shed light on this so that anyone not currently in Russia understands the issues Russians face currently.
How Can You Help
First I just want to say, use your skill set, use your platform whatever that is do whatever it is within your power as you are able. You don't have to give the shirt off your back and it could be as simple as asking a Ukrainian friend of yours how they are holding up, it could be donating just a dollar. Just do what you can to help.
There are numerous donation pages and links out there many of which are not protected or secure therefore I have done the research for you and have linked only donation pages that are encrypted/protected and provide viable aid to the people in Ukraine.

Instructions
Added an additional custom Ukrainian themed paint for every PA. I wanted to make something that people found visually appealing that they might want to keep in there game for a long time so that the war in Ukraine is not forgotten. Additionally I wanted to use this mod page to help inform about the conflict and provide links to aid resources.
