A simple one-click downgrader that doesn’t require any login credentials.


This downgrader uses delta patching to revert the game executables (main EXE and launcher) to 1.10.163 and the Steam API DLL to the one pre-update. It does not connect to your Steam account and it does not require multiple console commands.



Requirements

  1. The latest version of Fallout 4 on Steam (pirated copies are not supported and GOG isn't affected by this update),
  2. F4SE version 0.6.23,
  3. Address Library - All In One,
  4. Backported Archive2 Support System, this requires working archive invalidation (handled by MO2 and Vortex, BethINI Pie recommended tweaks also do this).

Instructions

  1. Download the file and extract its contents to your game's root folder,
  2. Double-click the downgrader executable to launch it,
  3. Wait for the "Patching successful" message in the console window that just opened, then you can close it,
  4. Make sure you have the 3 mods listed in the requirements above.

  6. File backups are provided in the same folder. Simply delete the new executables and Steam API DLL, then remove _downgradeBackup from the backups' file name.
