A collection of tweaks to various game settings that subjectively improve aspects of Fallout 4s gameplay. This collection of tweaks covers a wide array of settings, should you disagree with any of my preferences I implore you to check out the original mods that many of these changes were inspired by. They will be linked in the credits section below. This can be used alongside other game-setting mods, but should you prefer my changes then this mod will have to be loaded later in your load order.
Now, onto the changes. This is a lengthy and confusing list so brace yourselves. I've tried to split the tweaks into pseudo categories for readability.
Convenience
- Terminals will load 12x faster.
- Experience points are earned 2x faster, making progression less of a grind.
Visuals
- Bullet casings will persist for 8 minutes before disappearing. (vanilla value is 5 seconds)
- Bullet casings are visible from 8096 game units away. (Vanilla value is 512)
- Debris/Shell limit raised to 2048. (Vanilla value is 25)
- Corpses will persist in the world for 168 hours or 7 in game days, which is the minimum time for a cell to reset. (Vanilla value is 24 hours)
Gameplay
- NPC cone of vision reduced to 160, representative of real world peripheral vision. (Vanilla value is 190)
- NPC greeting distance reduced to 128, ensuring NPCs only greet you in close proximity. (Vanilla value is 175)

The general inspiration behind this mod was to combine the following mods into a comprehensive file. It's worth noting this mod was made for personal use, and is being shared. If you disagree with any of my changes, use the mods below instead.
