
Vanilla+ Content: This mod is considered vanilla friendly, respecting the original vision of the game while implementing additional or altered content.
Replaces various energy projectiles to be scaled more reasonably and no longer envelope the guns they fire from. Many vanilla
energy projectiles are sized to be quite large when viewed in third (and first) person. Oftentimes you can notice the beams/balls clipping with the barrel. In vanilla, these projectile effects also tend to cover up muzzle effects as well. With this mod installed, beams/balls will appearto more appropriately emit from the barrels of energy weapons. The range of size reductions varies greatly on a case-by-case basis, with anywhere between 25% to 175% reductions

Should be compatible with all other mods so long as they don't overwrite these meshes. If so, simply load this mod afterwards. Disclaimer: Due to the reduced mesh size, there is a chance that hit-boxes of projectiles may be reduced. In my play-testing, this was not noticeable -however in theory this should mean much like conventional weapons in Fallout 3, you must have accurate aim to hit targets.

Instructions

Simply drag and drop the contents of the mod into your games "Data" folder, and activate with the mod manager of your choice. Alternatively, install directly through Mod Organizer 2.
