Increases the strength of the depth of field effect in dialogue interfaces. This puts focus solely on the subject being spoken to, and creates nice atmospheric scene for dialogue. This was originally done by KiCHo666 in a Fallout NV mod of theirs, however I wanted to recreate this effect for Fallout 3.
Instructions
Simply drag and drop the contents of the mod into your data folder, and enable with the mod manager of your choice. Alternatively, download using a mod manager such as MO2 or Vortex.
