Assisted Sleight of Hand

This mod finds the highest combined Dexterity + Sleight of Hand bonus in the party, then subtracts the active character’s own bonus (unless they already have the highest). The remainder is added as an “Assistance” status that lasts only for the duration of the Sleight of Hand check.

Example:

Tav has 14 Dexterity and no Sleight of Hand proficiency (+2 bonus).

Astarion has 17 Dexterity and Sleight of Hand expertise (+7 bonus).

If Tav initiates a lockpick attempt, they will receive a +5 Assistance bonus to their roll.

This doesn’t increase the party’s overall ability—only makes it more convenient by removing the need to switch characters just to interact and then switch back. A simple time-saver.
