This is major rework of my old Better Combat Log. I believe amount of changes is enough for a new release:


  1. Default combat log is much tighter now with only slightly smaller font. Very generous vanilla padding/margins were decreased to let whole widget fit area left to hotbar main deck. Everything set up to avoid most wrap-ups of the text on English version.
  2. Even smaller (85% scale, almost in line with minimap width) and bigger, for people with sight issues (120% + higher darker background) versions available.
  3. Widget is fully draggable now, you can lower it to the hotbar or move to the upper side of the screen. Mind tho, there are no means to save new position for the future.
  4. Auto-hide toggle button. Whole widget will appear only when mouse is over it and disappear when you are not checking it out, if toggle button is on.



Main templates were moved from Tooltips.xaml and DefaultTheme.Colours.xaml to combatlog.xaml, so its more compatible than previously too (eg with Easier Text).

Instructions

Manually drop pak file from archive to Mods folder (Appdata\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods) and enable it in in-game mod manager. Or use BG3MM/in-game mod manager.


Install one version only.
