Description
With this mod, a whole 25% of all the fans you will come accross will be up and running. Wake up, the future is calling. This magical power comes at the cost however. The cost of all the fans being destructible.

25% not enough or too much for you? Simply open BaseObjectSwapper\AnimatedFans.ini and change the value under chanceS. If you want the fans to be randomly activated and deactivated between game sessions, change chanceS to chanceR.
