How to Install Mods for The Sims 4

STEP BY STEP

1. 01
   Find something you like on GGMods

   Browse GGMods and find something you like. Lots, buildings, sims: GGMods is the CC heaven of your dreams. Hit download and we are ready to go.

   Open your Mods folder

   Open your documents folder and find the Mods folder for The Sims 4.

   Place your package files inside it

   Put your .package file in the Mods folder. If your download came as a folder, extract it and copy every package file inside it into your Mods folder. Remember that .package files can go straight in, and .ts4script files should stay no more than one folder deep.

4. 04
   Turn on mods in the game options

   Open The Sims 4 and go to Options, Game Options, Other. Turn on Enable custom content and mods, and Script mods allowed.

5. 05
   Restart the game

   Give your game a quick restart and you are ready to go! If everything worked, you will see a pop-up showing your installed mods when the game loads.
