A lore-friendly weapon mod introducing a collection of finely forged swords—crafted in the spirit of honor, duty, and legacy.
This mod adds a full set of one-handed and two-handed swords, each with a distinct design and progression path. Known as the Blades of the Eternal Guard, these weapons feature unique visuals and recipes tied to collectible smithing manuals scattered across Skyrim.

• Custom forge recipes unlocked by finding rare smithing manuals
• ESL-flagged plugin for lightweight load order integration

Crafting & Tempering

• Each blade requires specific materials and the corresponding manual to craft.
• Recipes scale from Silver to Ebony, with additional use of Void Salts.
• To forge the higher-tier variants, you must also have the appropriate perks (e.g., Ebony Smithing) alongside the crafting book.
• Tempering requires the relevant ingots and perks, maintaining a balanced vanilla progression.

Installation
This mod is divided into flexible downloads:

8K (high-end systems)
4K (recommended)
2K (performance-friendly)

• Install the main file first, then overwrite with your chosen texture pack.

How to Obtain
To unlock the recipes, you must find and read the blacksmithing manuals hidden in Skyrim. Look for suspicious barrels in the following locations:

• Jorrvaskr
• Eldergleam Sanctuary
• Blue Palace
• Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary

(Alternatively, you may use console commands like additem to obtain the weapons or books.)
