- Mod Description -

A cozy medium size player home near the entrance of Ivarstead, featuring one master bedroom for the Dovahkiin, room for 1 follower, an Armory with a few mannequins, plaques and weapon racks, Kitchen with a cooking station and a Hearthfire oven, plenty of custom containers for all your needs, full smithy with a smelter, enchanting and alchemy stations. It can be purchased for 10.000 septims from the sign by the road; the key will be added to your inventory.

My Rig: MSI MEG Z390 Godlike Motherboard, Intel I9 9900K @ 3.6 GHz

32 Gb DDR4 3600 MHz RAM, EVGA NVidia RTX 3080TI 12 Gb, playing at 1440p resolution alongside Aequinoctium ENB + a mix of 4K and 2K Textures and I get a solid 60 FPS in both exteriors and interiors (locked FPS).

Install with your preferred mod manager.

- Requirements -

- Skyrim up to date, will work with both SE and AE.

- Compatibility -

- JK's Player Homes Patch Collection: A collection of small patches/tweaks to help various mods play well with JK's Player Homes series.

Any other player houses that occupy the same spot will be incompatible.
