Hevnoraak's Staff by Ave

This mod replaces Hevnoraak's Staff with a unique animated model. It can be obtained after defeating Hevnoraak during the quest 'Evil in waiting'

V 2.0 update:

To make the Staff more useful and give it a bit more of an artifact feeling, I added the following:

1. added a passive effect which reduces Magicka consumption for shock based spells, as well as gives a 5% resistance to shock
2. added enchanting options, the storm wall is impressive but it is might not be the best spell to be usefull, so I added enchantment options to replace the spell with Thunderbolt or Chain Lightning, to enchant the Staff you need it in your inventory while using the Staff enchanter, as well as know the Spell you want to add (the passive effect stays the same) Nothing gets lost you can return to the Storm Wall spell at any time using the Staff enchanter

2. The two new enchanted options will not be registered by the game as Hevnoraak's Staff anymore, meaning if a mod relies on it in any way, only the version with Storm Wall will work
