Community Plants and Flora - Snow Variants

Clover, Fern, and Moss dont have snow variant and these models look out of place in snow area.
For example, if you use Icy Windhelm, you will find quite a few of them in resident area.
This is a modder resource. I include an esp that edit windhelm plant and flora to snowy version.
