I have finished about 5 playthrough with NR and checked as many locations as I could. Here is my attempt to fix floating objects like flora, clutter and etc...
Cotains 200+ records, so you can have a sense of how many objects this fix cover.
This plugin doesnt touch landscape so it will not cause any landscape seams.
