Stop being a prisoner to your own followers.

We’ve all been there: you’re trying to leave a room, and your companion decides the doorway is the perfect place for a 10-minute stare-down. Bard's Make Way! fixes this by intelligently repositioning NPCs behind you before you actually collide with them.

The Technical Bit (Read if you care about performance)

Most "move" mods either changes the NPC collision (which can affect melee) or run heavy scripts that lag your game. This mod does neither:

* No Collision Changes: NPC collision boxes remain completely untouched.

* Engine-Level Detection: I’m not using a heavy script loop to "search" for NPCs. The detection is handled by the game engine's internal spell/effect system.

* Lightweight Scripting: The script only wakes up for a split second to handle the actual "move back" logic when a detection event triggers. It’s clean, fast, and won't bloat your save.

Five Custom Modes

Configure how the mod behaves via the settings menu:

* Disabled: Mod is inactive.

* Companions: Affects active followers.

* Companions (Ignore Busy): They’ll move even if they’re sitting or in the middle of an animation.

* Move All: Everyone friendly/neutral gets moved (Mode 2 + all other NPCs).

* Move All (Ignore Busy): The "Get out of my way" nuclear option. Everyone moves, regardless of what they're doing.

Note: Hostile NPCs are never affected. They will still try to block your path (and kill you).

How to Configure

The mod comes with a configuration tool that lets you set the Detection Distance and the Move-Back Distance.

* Use the Configuration Potion (it’s a permanent item, don't worry).
