Tem's Houses

Overhauls the interior of the Whiterun Stables building, we all know where this one is. Doesn't touch the exterior or any of the NPCs so purchasing a horse will be unaffected. Mod is ESL Flagged to save a precious ESP slot in your load order, and as usual the mod only uses vanilla assets so your interior looks may vary based on what texture mods you have installed.

Whiterun Stables

There are three residents of the Whiterun Stables, Lillith Loom-Maiden, Skulvar Stable-Hilt and his son, Jervar. Vanilla forgets to add a third bed for the last person, so I made sure to fix that. The second bedroom for Skulvar and his son has been expanded to make room for the both of them, with Lillith having a separate bedroom off to the side of the home.

Main living space of the building has been reduced to make space for the larger bedroom, and a loft has been added above the bedroom containing various supplies for a farm, personal use and the obvious necessities for running a stable, spare hay.

Plenty of new clutter and coin added to the home of varying value, giving thieves guild players a potential reason to break in...

Reading about Lillith Maiden-Loom it seems that the original intent from Bethesda was to give her a home inside Whiterun but was unfortunately cut and her home cell was crammed into the Whiterun stables with Jervar and Skulvar despite there not being any new bed additions...
