Mesh Glow Removal Project

 

I made this for my lighting mod Placed Light to solve the issue of orb like glow on all meshes that need it. Works by removing all or most of the NiBillBoardNodes from the meshes, leaving only the ones that are necessary.

 

This mod also includes an optional Base Object Swapper config to remove the very strong placed ambient fog beams as seen in the before screenshots on this mod page.

 

This mod includes Dwemer Light sources and Nordic Candles so far. If you have any other suggestions feel free to comment.

 

Installation

 

To install, just be sure you have Base Object Swapper installed and let these meshes win any conflict in your load order. Compatible with ParallaxGen and most likely anything else.

 

Consider using this mod to remove interior fog.
