Combat Difficulty Customizer allows you to set the damage you deal to enemies and the damage they deal to you, per difficulty.
This allows you to balance the difficulty according to your mod loadout and personal preference, instead of having to rely on pre-made presets.
The sliders range from 0.05 to 10, so it's pretty, ahem, customizable.
