Small mod that lets you exchange your coins at the Bank of Haafingar from Grand Solitude. You can exchange any currency you have to Irlav Valdyran between 8am and 8pm. (His typical working hours)
The plugin is based on Merchant Exchange by Colinswrath and was modified heavily to work standalone for Grand Solitude's bank.
Requires COIN and Grand Solitude
Recommended:
C.O.I.N. - Treasury Exchange and/or C.O.I.N. - Merchant Exchange - Both are really good. I recommend getting at least one of them alongside if you don't already have them.
