Speeds up the favorites menu animation and removes the flickering.
Configurable via the included FasterFavoritesMenu.ini:
Toggle instant open/close animation.
Set background transparency.
Enable WASD favorites menu controls.
Installs with a mod manager via the FOMOD installer.
