If you've recently visited Akila City, you may find objects being out of place or missing. Simply head to Venus, wait there for 24 hours and come back, everything should be in place now!
I recommend using a Mod Manager like MO2 or Vortex.
If you install manually:
- Download and unpack the file
- Place DWN_SmallAkilaHouse - Main.ba2 and DWN_SmallAkilaHouse.esm into your Starfield/Data folder
- Start the game, head to the Creations menu and activate the mod under Load Order
