Combo and Weapon rebalance

This mod completely rebalances weapon damage to create a slower, more tactical combat experience.

Key Changes

Reduced Weapon Damage – All weapons now deal significantly less damage overall.

Smaller Weapon Gap – The difference in effectiveness between low-tier and high-tier weapons has been narrowed, making even simple arms more viable.
