This mod replaces the Lucerne Hammer with a model of a Pollax. Yes, technically the Lucerne Hammer is a type of pollax—but this one is modeled after the quintessential knightly weapon of the 14th–15th century.
Why a Pollax?
Polearms were among the most common and versatile weapons for knights and men-at-arms, yet they’re oddly underrepresented in KCD. The Wallace Collection A926 Pollax—one of my favorites—was the inspiration here. I noticed the Heavy Warhammer was basically a cut-down version of it, so I stretched the model and swapped it in for the Lucerne Hammer.
This started as a quick and dirty replacement, but it can easily be adapted into a standalone weapon in future updates.

Preserves original weapon stats unless you install the optional version.
