Instructions
- Place the exe in your Fallout New Vegas game folder and run it as administrator
- It will patch the game and make a backup of the original executable
- Launch the game normally through your mod manager, directly, the Default Launcher, or Steam
- Use JIPLN NVSE so you can put any tweaks into FalloutCustom.ini instead of editing vanilla ini files
