Better Context Menu

This is a minor rework of context panel. Made to make widget look more like context menus in modern applications. Changes are mostly visual, but faster widget rendering and quick drop-out animation from Faster Context Menu is here too:

1. 35+ icons for contextual actions - most of them are reworked BG3 assets, some are drawn from the scratch.
2. symmetric clean panel and better visible highlighting when hovering over the lines instead of arrow icon.
3. faster animations of window rendering and list drop-out.

I've also added version for people with low-vision, its 30% bigger, slightly moved to the top to prevent widget cutting if called from the bottom of the screen and has draggability if user would like to move it to the part of the screen which is closer to them.
