Thematic Sights of the Seelie

Description:

In the original game, Sights of the Seelie summons a Deva (a celestial), which is inconsistent with lore. In the Forgotten Realms, Seelie are masters of the Feywild, not residents of the Upper Planes. The original spell also reuses another spell’s summon rather than having its own unique summon.

This mod reworks Sights of the Seelie into a thematically appropriate summoning spell, summoning an archfey.

The archfey is highly mobile, can fly, cast Misty Step, use Dissonant Whispers to damage and frighten enemies, and apply Pixie Dust to mark targets with Faerie Fire.

Removes the once per short rest cooldown from all three scroll spells in the Sorcerous Sundries vault.

Notes:

Original source code suggests the spell may have initially been intended as a polymorph (Bestial Communion) before being reused as a summon.
