The undead hand of Ilyn Toth can be summoned to aid you in battle. Its Thayan Dread curse causes enemies nearby to become vulnerable to necrotic damage.

Progression – The hand starts weakened by time but regains vitality as your adventure progresses.
How to Obtain
Loot the Hand Basket from a chest in Ilyn Toth’s laboratory below the Blighted Village.
Alternatively, acquire it from the tutorial chest.
