Manually drop pak files from archive to Mods folder (Appdata\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods) and enable it in in-game mod manager. Or use BG3MM/in-game mod manager.
Install one version of Better Map and/or one version of Clear Map and/or Better Map Icons.
If you are using in-game MM only, keep mod disabled, MM forcefully disables it anyway. It will work disabled.
