Manually drop pak file from archive to Mods folder (Appdata\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods) and enable it in in-game mod manager. Or use BG3MM/in-game mod manager.
Install main file and/or addon. Main file slightly affects inventory opening time, addon - doesn't.
If you use Better Container and/or BCPP and/or Better Hotbar 2 - install Better Inventory UI after them (for vanilla MM) or move lower in load order in case of BG3MM/in-game mod manager.
