Did you know this game ACTUALLY supports emotion face morphs in dialogue? No? Yeah not surprised.

This little file allows you to override dialogue emotions and animations through the usage of INIs, completely bypassing the need to spend all day digging through xEdit.

For modders: the misc file ini details the INI spec you need to follow to be able to override the dialogue emotions.
