The atmospheric interiors of this house may look innocent, but don’t be fooled—strange things happen here. The house is haunted by various spirits; some are truly ghastly, capable of causing damage and scaring your Sims half to death. Watch out for possessed televisions, treasures from the beyond, and mysteriously reduced utility bills. For some inexplicable reason, in your home or garden - you can sometimes find small sums of money, gold bars.
And broken objects somehow repair themselves at night.
