Adds a vignette effect to the screen while the player is drowning/holding their breath.
Port of my Fallout NV mod.
Set vignette intensity.
Set starting breath threshold.
Configurable via the included DrowningVisuals.ini.
Installs like any other mod, manually or using a mod manager.
