Realistic Misc Item Value - TES4 Ported

Robbing a wealthy person’s house used to net only a handful of Septims—if you were lucky. Now, household loot is worth taking:
Silver items fetch a good price, usually 10–35 Septims per piece.
Lower and middle-class items are worth less, around 1–15 Septims, but at least they finally have value.
Other objects such as gems, crystal balls, farming tools, and more have been rebalanced as well.
Gems remain valuable, but silver items are now the most rewarding loot you can find in wealthy homes.
