Mix All The Seeds

A small mod about mixed seeds:

1. Mixed seeds can now become any in-season non-flower crop.
2. Mixed flower seeds can now become any in-season flower crop.
3. You can unmix mixed seeds (vanilla as well as item extensions) with the seed maker.

Additionally you can control the mixed seeds in these ways:

1. Exclude Regrowing Crops: Exclude any crops that regrow from mixed seeds/mixed flower seeds.
2. Exclude Rare Crops: Exclude any crops that can't be bought from Pierre or Joja from mixed seeds/mixed flower seeds.

These can all be toggled on/off with GMCM.
