Better Clinic Beds

Reskins the clinic beds into proper hospital beds, and touches up the clinic curtains to match. Adds configurable blankets.

Works with 1.6.

Beds, curtains, and blankets can be toggled separately.

1. Blanket options: Rainy days only (default), always on, always off.
2. A small map edit to fix the trim behind the beds can be disabled for compatibility purposes
3. Works with Generic Mod Config Menu
