When you sit down in-game, you will slowly restore stamina with new features.
You can configure the recovery rate and recovery limit up to a specific percentage.
There are similar mods, like Sit For Stamina or Odd Quality of Life.
However, you still gain stamina when you are tabbed out. 😔
