Spider Crabs are among the largest invertebrates to ever roam Nirn’s shores. They inhabit the northern coasts of Skyrim, though sightings are rare due to centuries of over-harvesting.
Highly valued for both their meat and massive claws, these creatures are as dangerous as they are prized. Their elongated claws strike like lances, capable of delivering fatal blows to the unprepared. Adventurers are advised to carry a sturdy shield when engaging them up close—or take the safer approach by hunting them with a bow or crossbow from a distance.
