Adds Arma inspired first person freelooking.
Rotate your camera independent of your movement direction while holding a key bind or Toggle POV.
CONTROLS
Keyboard: Left Alt
Controller: Hold Toggle POV
You can reduce freelooking viewmodel clipping by decreasing the max yaw limit and/or viewmodel FOV.
Set equal camera and viewmodel FOV for consistent viewmodel position while freelooking. (Eg. FOV 70 70)

GENERAL
Set key bind.
Enable freelooking while holding the Toggle POV control.
Allow attacking while freelooking.
Allow aim/blocking while freelooking.
Set reticle behavior.
CAMERA
Set max yaw from center.
Set max downwards pitch from viewmodel.
Set camera sensitivity multiplier.
Set recenter speed multiplier.
