CRITICAL HIT CHEERING
1. DESCRIPTION
This is a joke mod. Whenever you score a critical hit on someone, a random cheering crowd sound effect will play.
2. INSTALLATION
Use your favorite mod manager to install it. I recommend FOMM for NV.
3. UNINSTALLATION
Same as installation, but in reverse.
