Adds lots of new locks and adjusts the difficulty of some existing locks.
Lock It Up
Being able to do things like freely walk right into Manny Vargas' home and play with his terminal has always felt weird. You would expect him to at least lock his stuff up. This would have created a game world reason for the Courier to actually go through the trouble of dealing with the silly ghouls. Would have made the game a little more immersive and also Lockpick (or Science in this case) a more useful skill overall.
Locks Overhaul adds lots of new locks to the game and adjusts some of the existing ones to make the Lockpick skill more balanced and worthwhile. A few terminals are also included. Full list of changes here:
